Ingredients
A splash of Canola oil
1 can of Spam, ideally low sodium (even we have a baseline), sliced and then cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
At least 1 pound of string beans (lots), cut into bite-sized lengths

What To Do
Heat oil and cook Spam until it’s nicely browned and crunchy.
Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion almost caramelizes.
Add string beans to mixture and heat just until the green beans turn color, but are still crunchy. Eat over hot rice.
