lemonade pie

Picture
The first time I made this, it turned into Lemonade Pie soup. But its potential for major yummy-ness was so high I had to try again. Plus, it's just so darned easy.

So the keys here are
1) Mix the filling just enough to get the Cool Whip stirred in
2) Freeze the tarts once you've poured the filling and
3) Add berries after you take them the tarts out of the freezer. Frozen berries are hard to bite into.

1/2 can of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can of condensed milk (the Eagle kind)
1 tub of Cool Whip (not the huge size)
12 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Your favorite berries

Mix lemonade and condensed milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Dump into the graham cracker crust tarts and freeze. Right before serving, top with your favorite berries.
