bri's chocolate-peanut butter roasted bananas

Brian is one of the first people my husband met at his first job. He and his wife Terry are two of our closest friends and their families have adopted us as their second family.

This dessert is something that the Boy Scouts teach you. So after you have made a fire with rocks and a stick, you can make this yummy-gooey dessert. Be forewarned, it will look like an absolute mess, but just eat it and be happy.

Bananas
Chocolate chips
Peanut Butter chips
Mini-marshmallows
Aluminum foil

Split the banana down the long side so it splits open up like a baked potato. Stuff with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and marshmallows in proportions to your liking. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

Grill for about 5-10 minutes, until the banana gets soft and the chocolate melts. Open the foil carefully (it will steam). The banana skin should have turned almost black. Spoon out warm banana with melted chocolate, peanut butter and marshmallows.
