A few of you have asked questions--here are the answers so far...
1) Why in the world did you do this??
It started as a way to update, organize and access my print recipes (if I'm on vacation or in Hawaii). It also seemed like a convenient way to exchange recipes, share new recipes in a way that wasn't as daunting as epicurious or allrecipes, and demonstrate that really and truly, *anyone can cook well.*
2) Did you really make everything?
Yep, at least once, and some as frequently as twice a month.
3 and 3a) You mention some very specific products--are you paid? Followed up by, are you making any money?
Nope--this is my honest opinion. And no, I'm not making money (yet). The first goal is to get all the content up and keep the site current. Then I'll figure out, beyond advertising, what the business potential might be. I'm committed to donating the vast majority of any net profits, so I need to figure this out fast.
4) Hello, pictures?? (direct quote from a dear and very candid friend)
You are absolutely right. I'm working on it! And now back to it.
