New recipes that have garnered a qualified thumbs-up from the family. Constructive criticism ranges from, "Yep, it's pretty close" to "It's good, but it's kinda ugly" to "Well, I'll eat it because it's there." Needless to say, they all need a little more tweaking, but feel free to check these out too.

Tangerine Spinach Tangerine juice, nutmeg, pepper. Even bacon didn't help this one. Thai Corn Cakes Working on a better corn cakes recipe using jalapenos instead. Bacon/Bok Choy/Tomato/Mozzarella Pizza The idea was to make a sort of BLT pizza. Bok choy and bacon work well together. Bacon, tomato and mozzarella work well together. However, the transitive property does not apply here. |
