beach scrambled eggs

There are fancy omelettes and quiches that you can make for Easter brunch. Beach scrambled eggs is pure Hawaii-girl home cooking. As a kid, I remember packing a full Tupperware of this stuff for a day at the beach. This is also the first thing my son learned to cook. Simple and ono!

3-4 eggs
Green onions, sliced
Touch of shoyu
Splash of sesame oil

Scramble eggs. Add a little bit of water, then add shoyu and green onions. Take a very light touch on the shoyu. Splash sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in eggs and scramble well.
